Ryan Grogg, AIF®, is a dedicated Wealth Advisor and Director of Community Development at Beacon Wealth Management, where he combines his expertise in financial services with a deep commitment to fostering community engagement. He leads the firm’s public education initiatives, oversees community-facing events, and manages operational functions to ensure exceptional client experience.

A first-generation college graduate, Ryan earned his Bachelor of Arts in Biology from West Virginia University. While initially pursuing a career in the medical field, he discovered a passion for finance and wealth management, bringing over a decade of diverse professional experience spanning insurance, financial advisory, management, and public outreach. In 2025, Ryan earned the prestigious Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) designation, reflecting his commitment to fiduciary excellence and advanced investment knowledge.

Born and raised in Bridgeport, West Virginia, Ryan values family and community. He enjoys adventuring with his fiancée, Shelby, and their pups Luca and Opal, as well as biking and engaging in trail advocacy. Outside of work, Ryan is a sponsored athlete, competing in downhill and gravel biking. Loves Italian cuisine and spending time in high elevation climates.

Ryan also serves on the Board of Directors for the West Virginia Enduro Series, Graduated from the FBI Citizens Academy in 2025 and volunteers in local trail-building and environmental initiatives. His career is defined by a commitment to creating meaningful connections, empowering clients, and strengthening the communities he calls home.
