Laura plays a key role on our POST team, working alongside the rest of our client service professionals to support and guide our clients through their ongoing wealth journey. As Sr. Client Support Advisor, she focuses on developing and maintaining client strategies, managing client portals, and ensuring information stays accurate, organized, and current.
Laura leads Client Service Sessions and provides ongoing advice and support to existing clients, helping to address questions, updates, and changes as life evolves. Her role is centered on consistency, clarity, and follow-through—making sure clients receive timely service and thoughtful guidance at every stage.
Laura brings over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, including 18 years at Fidelity Investments, where she worked extensively with employer-sponsored retirement plans. She attended West Virginia University and studied Finance.
Outside of the office, Laura enjoys kayaking, attending concerts, and spending time with family and friends. She values balance and believes strong relationships—both personal and professional—are built through steady attention and care.
