Hanna is the engine behind our new account experience, making the start of every client’s climb smooth, organized, and stress-free. She handles all aspects of new account operations — opening accounts, processing transfers, coordinating custodial paperwork, and ensuring every detail is completed accurately and on time. Her work keeps clients moving forward without delays and gives our advisors the confidence that each household begins their journey on solid footing.
In addition to new accounts, Hanna manages client data in our CRM, establishes client e-files, and helps clients set up their wealth organization portal so they can stay connected and informed from day one.
Hanna holds a Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance from Fairmont State University. Before joining BWM, she spent two years working at a credit union, gaining practical experience in financial operations and compliance. She also co-owns a local farmers market with her stepdad, holds an insurance license, and is currently pursuing her investment license.
Outside of work, Hanna enjoys friendly games of cornhole, traveling, spending time with her niece, and sharing life with her identical twin sister — making every day twice as fun.
